If this is your first child, you may feel that everything you do revolves around feeding, cleaning, and bath your baby.

Nourishing your Newborn
When should you feed your newborn? Well pediatricians now say that you should feed on demand, and this should normally be once every 2 hours. your child will continually have growth spurts and at those times, will be hungrier than before, and will demand more meals. if you decide to opt for the 'feed me when I want feeding' approach, then you may notice a pattern or a schedule that the baby adheres to, and that way you will be free to plan different activities around the schedule.

What to go for, Bottle or Breast?
Its likely that you have had lots of visits from friends and family, each providing helping tips, what what are the experts saying is the right option to go for, breast or bottle? Pediatricians say that mother's milk should be given were possible for the first 12 months of birth. Having said that, nowadays, formula milk or powdered milk is now well fortified and 'nutritionally complete breastmilk substitute' (Cow & Gate), and babies can happy and healthly lives. It is important that what choice you take, you should make sure that it is well informed.

When to Start on Solid Foods?
You should consider introducing solid foods to your baby somewhere between the forth and sixth month. Foods that you should avoid are generally those that could present a choking hazard, and foods constituents that is known to your family as to cause allergies.
